LABRADOR CONSULTINGSERVICES

Labrador Consulting Services inspires everyone to discover the history, culture, and value of Indigenous people of their regions and beyond. We deliver truths and understanding about Indigenous Canadian Histories, residential schools, and awareness of our own Indigenous cultures right here in Newfoundland and Labrador. We offer this in a meaningful respectful way that can be customizable to your organizational requirements at a time that is convenient for you and your group. Understanding the Indigenous people within our own province is key to business and personal growth in our workplaces and everyday lives.

CAIL NL (Cultural Awareness Indigenous Learning Newfoundland and Labrador) is a much needed awareness session in this province that was created to help fill the knowledge gap and understanding of our own Indigenous cultures in NL. CAIL NL is presented in a respectful, meaningful way through factual quality training, storytelling and passing on lived experiences from an Indigenous lens creating inclusive, and respectful positive social economic outcomes for the Indigenous people in the province while combatting racism addressing racial discrimination. LCS acknowledges that combatting racism is a shared responsibility which involves concrete action. Our Indigenous cultural awareness sessions are inspired by the 94 Calls to Action from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC). LCS advocates for systematic change that can transform and empower Indigenous lives and communities.

I've had the privilege of working with Erin Snow at Labrador Consulting Services, and I cannot recommend her enough. Erin is a consummate professional who not only meets deadlines but often exceeds them. She brings an impressive level of knowledge, punctuality, and passion, particularly when it comes to socioeconomic outcomes for Indigenous communities—an area where her expertise truly shines. Her experience, education, and lived experience as an Indigenous woman make her an invaluable asset for businesses looking to deepen their cultural awareness.
